He quickly knocked my own concepts into shape, turning my eight pages of A4 notes into a website I’ve been proud of ever since. Whenever I’ve wanted to update it with new content, James has guided me through the process, giving me confidence to tinker under the bonnet of my website myself. Tetley always goes that little bit further. I lost count of the number of times I was expecting to have to solve some integration thing, or write a bit of JavaScript and he'd have already done it; saving me a job. Work is always super high quality and modular, which makes my job as a backend developer so much easier. He's also very fun to work with - we all really miss his ridiculous sense of humour!
