Tetley always goes that little bit further. I lost count of the number of times I was expecting to have to solve some integration thing, or write a bit of JavaScript and he'd have already done it; saving me a job. Work is always super high quality and modular, which makes my job as a backend developer so much easier. He's also very fun to work with - we all really miss his ridiculous sense of humour!
