Raptures are a hardcore band from Brighton, UK — a group of long-time friends from across the local music scene.
Formed in January 2020, the original lineup featured Ben on vocals, Max on drums, Paul on bass, and Tetley on guitar. Within their first three months, the band wrote and recorded four explosive tracks with Jake Skinner. The self-titled EP was later mixed and mastered by Stephen Egerton of Descendents fame.
In February 2021, the lineup evolved – Max switched to second guitar, Ant joined on drums, and Aaron stepped in as the new vocalist, bringing fresh energy to Raptures’ signature hardcore sound.
